Our approach
How we approach family counselling
Family counselling looks at the patterns between people, not just one person's struggle. Change often comes from shifting how the family connects.
Chloe helps families of every kind communicate more clearly, ease conflict, and understand each other better. We decide together who is in the room for each session.
Blended families, single parent families, chosen families, and families of every background are welcome here.

Does the whole family need to attend?
Not always. Sometimes we start with one or two people and bring others in as it helps. We decide together who is in the room for each session.
Do you work with families of all kinds?
Yes. Blended families, single parent families, chosen families, and families of every background and identity are welcome here.
Can family therapy help with a teen who is struggling?
Often, yes. When one person is having a hard time, the patterns around them matter. Working together can take pressure off the teen and help everyone feel more understood.
Is family therapy covered by insurance in Alberta?

You pay at the time of session and receive a receipt to submit to your insurer. Check your plan for psychologist coverage and any annual limit.
