Teen Therapy in Calgary

Adolescence brings big feelings, big pressures, and big changes. Teen therapy offers a non judgmental space for young people to feel heard and build healthy ways to cope.

Available in-person in Calgary SW and virtually across Alberta.

Teen therapy supports adolescents navigating school stress, anxiety, identity, friendships, family dynamics, and the ups and downs of growing up. Sessions create a safe, confidential space where teens can explore what they are feeling and develop coping strategies that actually stick. Chloe brings particular warmth to working with young people, including those exploring gender and sexuality. Available in person in Calgary and virtually across Alberta. Reach out for a free consultation to see if it is the right fit for your family.

How we approach teen counselling

Teen counselling only works when it feels like the teen's own space, not a lecture. That is where Chloe starts.

The first sessions stay low pressure and focused on building comfort and trust. From there, we work on anxiety, stress, identity, and whatever else is weighing on them, at their pace.

What is shared is kept private within the usual safety limits, and those limits are explained clearly up front.
