Our approach
How we approach young adult therapy
This is not lectures or worksheets for their own sake. It is a real conversation with someone who gets the pressure you are under.
Chloe draws on evidence based approaches, often CBT, ACT, and mindfulness based tools, and adapts them to you. You set the pace and the direction.
The goal is clarity and momentum, so you feel more grounded and more like yourself.
